How to Set a Fall Table
Amber, Muted Green & Layers from the Garden

A simple how-to for a table that feels collected, not staged.
Fall makes me want to linger. The light gets softer. The garden still has a few last gifts. And amber suddenly feels like the only color that makes sense.
This table is built the way I always build a table: layers, old mixed with new, and things I can walk outside and cut. There is no tablecloth. The wood is the first layer. Amber is my color this year - amber and a muted green. Those two are the perfect fall combo. Around them come orange, dark moss green, tans, and creams.
The plates come from different sets on purpose. The napkins are a printed pattern — dark green and golden yellow on a cream background. The glasses have a story. Below is everything you need to set it.
The house, the garden, and one good antique store.
